All orders are processed within 2-6 business days within EU members. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.  

If we experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in a shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.  

Deliveries will generally be made between 9 am and 6pm Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).  

Delivery will be made to the address of the registered debit/ credit card holder used to place the order    



If you would like to make a purchase and have it shipped internationally, please send us an email at Be sure to include a list of the products you would like to purchase, your shipping address, phone number, and the email address to which we should send a Paypal invoice (we currently only accept Paypal payments for orders shipped abroad). A member of our Customer Service team will contact you to make all the arrangements.    



We offer free shipping on any order over 150 EUR.    



If the shipping carrier provides a tracking, we will update your order with the tracking information.    



We do not profit from shipping. The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
