GENERAL INFROMATION  

The website and goods are provided by Decorus Boutique Izabela Kazberuk (“Decorus Boutique”), a company registered in Poland under number 5423274888 with a registered office at ul. Legionowa 9/1 lok. 12. When we refer to "customer", “you” and “your” we mean the user of the website and purchaser of our goods. The terms and conditions form a legally binding contract between Decorus Boutique and the customer. The acceptance of the terms and conditions is given when the customer purchase from our website. Therefor, you shall ready carefully before purchasing from our website.  

We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions under which the website and the goods are provided.  

We put all efforts to make sure that all information on the website, including description of our goods are accurate and correct at all times. Please be aware that buying online provides different experience to buying in-store. Please note that there maybe variation of colours which are shown for the goods on the website that depend on many factors including your display settings. Therefore, we cannot be held responsible for any variations in colours that could occur due to your browser or computer software.  

All items are offered subject to availability at time of ordering. However, shall an item be out of stock at the time causing a delay in delivery we will notify you immediately. Decorus Boutique will not hold any liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control.  

Upon placement of an order the customer will receive an email receipt as confirmation of the purchase. We reserve the right to cancel orders at any time due to insufficient stock, an inability to authorize a payment, suspicion of fraudulent intent, discovery of an incorrectly priced item, or any other reason deemed appropriate by us.  

Before using our site or placing an order please ready thorough the following information. You shall understand that by ordering any of our products, you agree to be bound by those policies. Please note that if you refuse to accept these policies, you will not be able to order any products from our site.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION  

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.  

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.  

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.  

We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.  

We do not store credit cards details nor do we share customer details with any thirds party. The information you provide is used only at the time of transaction for authorisation and payment and thereafter removed from our system. We will not email you in the future unless you have given us your consent.  

If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no. The personal information that we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.  

We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it.

SECURITY POLICY  

PAYMENT  

All transactions are processed using a secure server. We shall never hold any customer card details and we will never pass your details on to any third party.  

Payment for the goods by the customer can be made by any method shown on our website.  

All online transactions are protected by security technology. Please note that you can pay in the following currencies GBP, EURO, USD and PLN.      

 

RETURN POLICY  

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.   To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Additional non-returnable items are gift cards.   To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.  

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.  

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@decorusboutique.com  

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.  

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.   Shipping To return your product, you should mail your product to:   You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.   Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.  

If you are shipping an item over 75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
